
Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Until then, booking remains provisional. The remaining payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the event.
2. Rescheduling and Changes
Rescheduling is allowed up to 30 days before the initial booked date, subject to availability. Increase of number of headsets is allowed anytime based on availability. Decrease of number of headsets is allowed 30 days before the event, and not less than 20% of the original order.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
No refund will be provided if cancellation occurs after the payment has been made. We can always change the date of the event to a date that works for all parties.
4. Damages and Responsibility
The client assumes responsibility for any loss or damages caused during the event. Any repair costs due to damages caused by the client will be the responsibility of the client. The cost to replace a headset is 1,000,000 IDR.
5. Overtime Fee
If you want to extend your disco at the time of event, and this is approved by the Event Organizer and Venue Manager, the fee will be 20,000 IDR per headset (on the booking agreement), per 30 mins. This will be invoiced after the event.
