When you rent from Bali Silent Disco, you're getting more than just equipment. Here's what's included in all rentals:
Dedicated Party Host & Technical Crew: Your personal event manager ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish, and you can just enjoy your event.
Visual Display: Stylish white iron arches paired with our signature wooden "Let's Party" neon sign that creates the perfect party atmosphere.
Hassle-Free Delivery & Setup: Complimentary service throughout South Bali (Tabanan, Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak, Uluwatu) – we can provide a delivery fee for outside these areas. We're happy to bring the party to you, wherever you are in Bali.
We’re also happy to help you design a package that suits your needs. We can provide custom quotes for: more than 150 headsets, more than 3 hours, custom decor, party favours and live DJ’s.

Minimum Rental and Basic Setup
Our minimum rental is 20 headsets for daytime parties (before 8pm), and 30 headsets for evening parties (after 8pm).
The hire fee includes delivery and setup with our basic display as well as event management and technical support. Our team will ensure everything is set up correctly, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.
One Headset Per Guest
To truly experience the magic of silent disco, we strongly recommend renting one audio headset for each of your guests. This ensures that everyone has the opportunity to immerse themselves in the music and join the party. Imagine the joy of seeing all your guests moving to the same beat, yet able to chat comfortably when they remove their headsets. It's a unique experience that creates unforgettable memories.
