How Silent Disco Works

Simple technology, unforgettable experience

Silent disco uses wireless headsets to deliver music directly to each guest, rather than broadcasting through traditional speakers.

Here's the event setup in four simple steps:

  1. We set up the display — our white iron arch display is positioned at the event, dressed with your florals or décor theme if you wish.

  2. We connect the audio — your music source (DJ mixer, Spotify playlist, or audio file) is connected directly to our wireless transmitter.

  3. The transmitter broadcasts — our transmitters send a radio signal to all headsets simultaneously, up to 400 metres away in open space. We can run up to 3 separate transmitters, giving your guests 3 different music channelsto choose from.

  4. Guests take control — each guest picks up a headset, chooses their channel using the LED button, sets their own volume, and enjoys the party. No app, no pairing, no technical knowledge required.

Because there is no external amplified sound, silent disco works beautifully at venues with Bali's 10pm noise curfew — the party continues, completely undisturbed.
